Two new developments will shortly be announced. A Marina complex in the harbour with the option of berths, up to 100 5, 10 & 15m, and new apartments in the New Town, 50 metres from the beach with studio, one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments. This development has two swimming pools one in door and one out door and a restaurant.

Mortgages now available

Conti Financial Services - Licensed Credit Broker are offering mortgages using the Bulgarian property as security. A repayment mortgage based on the valuation or purchase price, whichever is the lower, can release a maximum of 70% of the equity.

The mortgages are available on finished property not under construction. Mortgages are available for employed and self employed (references are required). A minimum loan is € 40,000, no maximum, available in Euros only, over 15 years at approx 7.50% interest.
